<br />o A.12. Outdoor areas that are not separated by a reasonable distance from any entrance or <br />exit to a place where smoking is prohibited. <br />o A.13. Within, and for a reasonable distance (no less than 50 feet) surrounding "tot lots", <br />where playground equipment has been installed for public use by children. Use of <br />tobacco products of any kind is prohibited in such areas. <br />o A.14. Within city owned nonirrigated trails, open space and park areas (for example <br />Crow Canyon Gardens and the Cross Valley Trail). <br />o A.15. Within any City owned park, trail or outdoor recreation areas if posted at the <br />discretion of the City Manager with a "No Smoking" or "Smoke Free" sign pursuant to <br />Section B6-76 of this chapter. <br /> <br />City of Union City <br />. Municipal Code 7.13.040 Where smoking not regulated. <br />o (A) Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter to the contrary, the following areas <br />shall not be subject to the smoking restrictions of this chapter: (6) Outdoor areas a <br />reasonable distance from any area designated nonsmoking under this chapter. <br /> <br />City of Walnut Creek <br />. Section 16. Health and Safety. <br />o (b) Smoking. Smoking is prohibited on any District trail or natural area, in or within IS <br />feet of any building, at any skate facility, and at or on any District athletic complex, field, <br />court or District managed school district property. No person shall smoke within 25 feet <br />of any District play structure. No person shall deposit or leave cigarette butts, or other <br />tobacco related product within any playground. <br />o (c) No Smoking at Designated Parks. Smoking or disposal of any cigarette, cigar or <br />tobacco product, or any other combustible plant, or weed or substance at Fairmont <br />Terrace Park, and including the park's entrance driveway, and other District parks so <br />designated and posted by the Board of Directors, is prohibited. <br /> <br />Livermore Area Recreation and Park District <br />. Smoking forbidden in all open space areas. Smoking is allowed only in paved parking lots at <br />two parks (Veterans Park and Sycamore Grove Park). <br /> <br />Town of Danville <br />. No specific Town ordinances. Defer to State law. <br />
