City of Dublin . Ordinance No. 18-02 prohibits smoking in "children's play areas". City of Fremont . Municipal Code 4-6106. Where smoking not regulated. (a) Notwithstanding any provisions of sections 4-6104 through 4-6105 to the contrary, the following areas shall not be subject to the smoking restrictions of this chapter: o (6) Outdoor areas a reasonable distance from any area designated nonsmoking under this chapter.
