7. All exterior doors and windows shall be closed, but not locked, at all time during the events. 8. If operation of this use permit results conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to the planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Planning Commission may modify or added conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. {end}
