Ordinance No. 1945 Page 2 Section 1. Approves Case PUD-99-07-03M/PDR-579, the application of Donald Babbitt/Heartwood Communities for: (1) a major modification to the approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan for Tract 7162 (formerly TTK Properties) to incorporate design guidelines for the development and to modify the design review approval process; and (2) design review approval for the construction of an approximately 7, 128-square-foot two-story home with an approximately 1 ,668-square-foot garage and a 1,088-square-foot basement to be located on Lot 8, on the south side of Happy Valley Road at its junction with Alisal Street in the Happy Valley Specific Plan area, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit B-1 for the major modification and Exhibit B-2 for the design review, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
