Provide access to parking <br />lots from side and parallel streets. <br /> <br />Beautification <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />Enhance the Del Valle Bridge in accordance with the general <br />concepts shown on the consultant's drawings with the details <br />to be resolved later. <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />The plan to refurbish the front yard of the museum to create <br />a seat wall with fountains, modified front entry, and lawn <br />needs further review, with details to be resolved later. <br />The historic integrity of the museum shall be maintained. <br /> <br />29. <br /> <br />Modify the support posts of the Pleasanton sign to serve as <br />kiosks while retaining the rest of the existing sign. The <br />kiosks would accommodate banners, which would then not be <br />hung across Main Street. <br /> <br />30. <br /> <br />Enhance the Main Street/Bernal Avenue entrance with a kiosk <br />structure featuring a Pleasanton sign, fencing, and street <br />lighting around the edge of Civic Park, in accordance with <br />the general concepts shown on the consultant's drawings, <br />with details to be resolved later. <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />Retain the existing street lights on Main Street. <br />refurbish, and upgrade the lights to 100 watts. <br /> <br />Repaint, <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />Consider design details for benches, drinking fountains, <br />trash containers, newspaper racks, and other amenities after <br />adoption of the Plan. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
