Retain the Ray Street/St. John Street realignment in the <br /> plan as a future option. <br /> <br />5. Retain the Railroad Avenue Extension in the plan as a future <br /> option. <br /> <br />6. Approve the Main Street construction schedule. <br /> <br />7. Eliminate the left turn lanes into the Cheese Factory and <br /> Pleasanton Hotel driveway next to the Arroyo to create a <br /> longer left turn lane from southbound Main Street onto Ray <br /> Street. <br /> <br />8. Provide two-way access to the Pleasanton Hotel parking lot <br /> at St. John Street with one access onto Main Street adjacent <br /> to the Arroyo. <br /> <br />9. Provide a four-way stop on a trial basis with blinking red <br /> lights at the Main Street/Rose Avenue intersection. <br /> <br /> 10. Relocate buses off Main Street so long as service to <br /> Downtown is not reduced. <br /> <br />11. Restripe SPring Street for two-way traffic, thus completing <br /> a partial loop system, retaining on-street parking on the <br /> north side of the street. <br /> <br /> <br />
