Resolution No. 92-217 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council determines that the 38-unit subdivision <br />shall indicate 37 new single-family lots, one <br />approximately 6.5-acre lot upon which the existing house <br />is located, one approximately 41-acre open space lot over <br />which a conservation easement shall be placed, and two <br />hillside open space lots totalling approximately 12 acres <br />which may be developed in the future should further <br />geotechnical studies indicate that the ancient landslide <br />is stable. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br /> Approves the vesting tentative map for Tract 6563, the <br />application of Currin Construction Company, to subdivide <br />an approximately 91-acre site into 38 single-family lots <br />(37 new lots and one existing home), one approximately <br />41-acre open space lot (Lot A) and two hillside open <br />space lots (Lots B and'C) totalling approximately 12 <br />acres, located at 8015 Foothill Road, subject to the <br />conditions listed in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
