ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATION <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />SURIECT-~ <br /> <br />Employee Reimbursement for business travel, training and meetings. <br /> <br />PURPOS~ <br /> <br />The purpose of this Administrative Regulation is to: <br /> <br />assure the appropriate use of City funds <br />adopt guidelines determining reasonable reimbursement to employees for costs <br />associated with educational and work-related conferences, trips and meetings <br />Specify procedures for reimbursement to City employees for their expenses while <br />attending conferences, training sessions, meetings, and other official City <br />business. <br />meet IRS regulations. <br /> <br />SCOPE-~ <br /> <br />This policy applies to all employees of the City of Pleasanton including part-time and temporary <br />(seasonal) employees, City Council Members, Board Members and City Commissioners.
