-. <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-202 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />ALLOCATION FOR ROBERTSON HOMES (PUD-81-30-53D) <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 10, 1991, the City Council <br />considered the report of the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development (SR 91:512) regarding the <br />application of Robertson Homes for Growth Management <br />allocation for its Spanish Oaks project; and <br />WHEREAS, based upon the information presented in the report and in <br />the City Council's review of the proposed schedule of <br />other growth management allocations, the City Council <br />finds the project and schedule of development is in <br />furtherance of the public interest and in furtherance of <br />the City's General Plan policies; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City hereby grants growth management approval to <br />Robertson Homes for the Spanish Oaks project in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br />1991 1992 1993 1994 1995 <br />266* 196 0 241 175 <br />*126 to be reallocated from the Callahan "Carriage Homes" <br />project <br />Section 2: In addition to development fees in effect at the time <br />each building permit is issued, the developer shall pay <br />a growth management fee of $750 per dwelling unit at the <br />time a building permit is issued for each unit. <br />Section 3: In addition to development fees in effect at the time <br />each building permit is issued, the developer shall pay <br />a fee of $2,100 per dwelling unit at the time a building <br />permit is issued for each unit to offset the cumulative <br />cost of capital facilities made necessary by ongoing <br />residential development. <br />Section 4: Effect of Approval. <br />a. The effect of this growth management approval shall <br />be to permit development in accordance with Chapter <br />17.36 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, with the <br />other terms and conditions set forth in this <br />
