CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 91-202 RESOLUTION APPROVING GROWTH MANAGEMENT ALLOCATION FOR ROBERTSON HOMES (PUD-81-30-53D) WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 10, 1991, the City Council considered the report of the Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 91:512) regarding the application of Robertson Homes for Growth Management allocation for its Spanish Oaks project; and WHEREAS, based upon the information presented in the report and in the City Council's review of the proposed schedule of other growth management allocations, the City Council finds the project and schedule of development is in furtherance of the public interest and in furtherance of the City's General Plan policies; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City hereby grants growth management approval to Robertson Homes for the Spanish Oaks project in accordance with the following schedule: 1991 1992 1993 1994 1995 266* 196 0 241 175 *126 to be reallocated from the Callahan "Carriage Homes" project Section 2: In addition to development fees in effect at the time each building permit is issued, the developer shall pay a growth management fee of $750 per dwelling unit at the time a building permit is issued for each unit. Section 3: In addition to development fees in effect at the time each building permit is issued, the developer shall pay a fee of $2,100 per dwelling unit at the time a building permit is issued for each unit to offset the cumulative cost of capital facilities made necessary by ongoing residential development. Section 4: Effect of Approval. a. The effect of this growth management approval shall be to permit development in accordance with Chapter 17.36 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, with the other terms and conditions set forth in this
