Resolution No. 91-200 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section l: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br />application of Prudential Insurance Company and Robertson <br />Homes for a General Plan Amendment to change the land use <br />designation of a 79.39 acre site from Business Park <br />(Industrial/Office/Commercial) to High Density <br />Residential; to change the PUD zoning of the 79.39 acre <br />property from PUD-Industrial/Commercial/Office to Planned <br />Unit Development - High Density Residential (PUD-HDR); <br />and for approval of a development plan for 878 apartment <br />units (including 25 percent low-income units) for 27.08 <br />acres of the site. <br />Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will <br />have a de minimis impact on the site's wildlife. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON DECEMBER 10, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
