CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-198 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMFNP WITH THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR <br />HACIENDA DRIVE/I-580 INTERCHANGE AND AUXILIARY <br />LANES - NPID3 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the amendment to Cooperative <br />Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the State of <br />California Department of Transportation, regarding the <br />Hacienda Drive/I-580 Interchange and Auxiliary Lanes, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br />described amendment to agreement. <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to execute an Escrow <br />Agreement with the State in the amount of $1,624,958. <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 10, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
