WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and <br />Charges For Various Municipal Services) lists the fees <br />and charges for the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS <br />Section l: Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees <br />and Charges For Various Municipal Services of the City of <br />Pleasanton), Paragraph XI (Tow Rates and Fees) is amended <br />by adding the following subsection as follows: <br />Administrative Fee for Towed Vehicles Pursuant to Section <br />11.40.OlOD of the Pleasanton Municipal Code [Vehicle Code <br />Section 22651(0) and Section 22651(p)] <br />Administrative Fee $50 <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 15, 1991, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: _ <br />\~ "~ <br />Peg zidr City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />' IZZ~~i~,t,,~~ <br />Michael H.
