CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-155 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING USE POLICY AND FEES FOR <br />USE OF MAIN STREET BANNER STRUCTURE <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 17, 1991, the Director of <br />Parks and Community Services presented a report <br />(SR 91:389) regarding the proposed policies and <br />priorities for use of the Main Street banner structure <br />and a proposed fee for use of the structure; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves a fee of $50.00 for use of the Main Street <br />banner structure by Priority 3 and 4 users. <br />Section 2: Approves the policy for use of the Main Street banner <br />structure as set forth on Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 17, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Tarver <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />_, l <br />Pegg zidro City Clerk <br />APPROVED A~S~ T/O FO <br />Gt~/~ <br />Michael H.
