Resolution No. PC-89-91 <br />October 11, 1989 - Page 2 <br />2. That the development is subject to all conditions <br />of approval for Case PUD-85-21. <br />3. That the applicant shall record a deed restriction <br />for the removal of the existing kennel structure on <br />Lots 2 and 3 before any lease, financing, or sale <br />may be transacted; to be recorded concurrently with <br />the final map for this tract. <br />4. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer, attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2.
