PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-91 RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION FOR TRACT 5699, THE APPLICATION OF ROBERT CONNOLLY WHEREAS, Robert Connolly has applied for a one-year extension to record an approved tentative tract map to subdivide an approximately 2.4-ace site into nine parcels for single- family residential use, ranging in size from approximately 8,000 sq. ft. to approximately 21,000 sq. ft located at 306 Neal Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) -Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October il, 1989, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: A. The application is appropriate. The conditions and circumstances in the project area have remained essentially the same as when the Tentative Tact 5699 approval was granted. B. The public improvements for the first-phase final map were accepted by the City Council at its September 6, 1989 meeting. WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared for the rezoning and development plan apf~roval for this site (PUD-85-21). This tentative tract map remains in conformance with that approved plan. This request for extension of the tentative tract map is not considered to be a new project under CEQA. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves a one-year extension of Tract 5699, extending the expiration date of map approval to October 8, 1990, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the tentative map, Exhibit A, dated September 4, 1986, on file with the Planning Department.
