7. When Hacienda Drive interchange is opened for traffic, the <br />applicant shall modify the median opening on Hacienda Drive <br />opposite the most southerly drive of the project to prohibit <br />left turn out of this driveway. These modifications shall be <br />subject to the approval of the City Engineer. The applicant <br />shall give to the City sufficient security, in a manner <br />satisfactory to the City Engineer, for this improvement at the <br />time building permits are acquired. <br />8. The curb-to-curb width of the driveway on Gibraltar Drive shall <br />be increased to 20 feet minimum in each direction. <br />9. The intersection of the most southerly driveway on Hacienda <br />Drive and the driveway on Gibraltar Drive shall be redesigned <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer to allow better flow <br />through this intersection. <br />10. The driveway width on Baker Drive shall be enlarged to 30 <br />feet . <br />il. The applicant shall install a 6-foot-wide PCC sidewalk along <br />Hacienda Drive, Gibraltar Drive, and Baker Drive frontage. <br />12. The applicant shall pay its pro rata share of the interim <br />modifications to the intersections of Santa Rita Road at I-580 <br />and Hopyard Road at Owens Drive. <br />13. The applicant shall agree to participate in the possible design <br />and construction of a common access driveway to Owens Drive in <br />association with the adjacent property northerly of the site, <br />to be accomplished when the adjacent property is proposed for <br />development. Such agreement shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Attorney, and shall be recorded. <br />14. The applicant shall apply for and receive approval of a lot <br />line adjustment between Sites 7D and 55C as shown on the <br />approved PUD site plan prior to issuance of building permits. <br />15. The applicant shall comply with all Standard Conditions of <br />Approval, with the exception of Condition Numbers 7, 29, 33, <br />46, 49, and 50. <br />-4- <br />
