Resolution No. PC-89-86 <br />Page 3 - September 27, 1989 <br />2. That this approval does not signify approval of any <br />commercial use on the western portion of the 12 <br />acre site. 'In addition, the applicant shall be <br />aware that separate conditional use permit approval <br />shall be required in order to establish a school <br />facility on any portion of the site. <br />3. That if, at any time in the future, it is <br />determined by the Planning Director that noise, <br />traffic problems, or any other problems associated <br />with the church use are having adverse effects on <br />surrounding uses or the City in general, the <br />Planning Commission may review and, if necessary, <br />attach additional conditions to the subject <br />conditional use permit. <br />4. That approval of this use permit shall be subject <br />to final approval of the related design review <br />application for the first phase of development on <br />the site (Case Z-89-555). <br />Section 2.
