This project is subject to the attached Engineering <br />conditions for subdivisions. <br />31. Prior to any grading on the Schaeffer property other than <br />that shown on the tentative map, a grading plan shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Planning Director. <br />32. The developer shall provide all properties within 300 feet <br />of the project with written notice 7 days prior to the <br />commencement of each stage of construction, a copy of such <br />notice shall be provided to the City~s Planning Department. <br />33. Street trees on Perry Lane shall be limited to species which <br />grow to a maximum of 25 feet. <br />34. The undeveloped 3 1/2 feet of right-of-way along the south <br />side of Perry Lane shall be irrigated and landscaped by the <br />developer. A landscape plan for this area shall be <br />submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to approval of the final map.
