Exhibit "A" Conditions Of Approval Tract 6160 As amended at the September 13, 1989 Planning Commission Meeting 1. Except~as modified by the following conditions, the development shall be substantially as shown on the Tentative Map 6160 and Site and Fence Plan on file with the Planning Department dated received August 10, 1989. 2. Approval of this case is subject to all relevant conditions of PUD-88-13. 3. In addition to PUD condition No. 5 regarding construction activities, the following additional conditions shall be required. a. Traffic barriers shall be placed at the end of all existing public streets which terminate at the project during project grading. b. In an effort to reduce neighborhood truck traffic and to control street dirt, the applicant shall work with the Fire Marshal regarding the possibility of using a hose extension to the site from a nearby fire hydrant for purposes of dust control. c. No dogs or other animals shall be allowed on-site during all phases of construction. d. Toilet facilities shall be provided on-site for construction personnel. The location of such facilities shall be approved by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit for the project. e. Designated on-site parking shall be provided for all employees, contractors and sub-contractors. The applicant or any successor in interest shall encourage parking in the designated area. f. The developer, acting as a good neighbor, shall be responsible for reasonable cleanup to surrounding properties made necessary due to construction activity. Such cleaning shall include, but not be limited to windows and pools. The Planning Director or his agent shall be the mediator for all questions regarding clean up responsibilities. g. The developer or any successor shall encourage site access from Foothill Road by all project related traffic.
