Exhibit "A" <br />Conditions Of Approval <br />Tract 6160 <br />As amended at the September 13, 1989 Planning Commission Meeting <br />1. Except~as modified by the following conditions, the <br />development shall be substantially as shown on the Tentative <br />Map 6160 and Site and Fence Plan on file with the Planning <br />Department dated received August 10, 1989. <br />2. Approval of this case is subject to all relevant conditions <br />of PUD-88-13. <br />3. In addition to PUD condition No. 5 regarding construction <br />activities, the following additional conditions shall be <br />required. <br />a. Traffic barriers shall be placed at the end of all <br />existing public streets which terminate at the project <br />during project grading. <br />b. In an effort to reduce neighborhood truck traffic and to <br />control street dirt, the applicant shall work with the <br />Fire Marshal regarding the possibility of using a hose <br />extension to the site from a nearby fire hydrant for <br />purposes of dust control. <br />c. No dogs or other animals shall be allowed on-site during <br />all phases of construction. <br />d. Toilet facilities shall be provided on-site for <br />construction personnel. The location of such facilities <br />shall be approved by the Planning Director prior to <br />issuance of a building permit for the project. <br />e. Designated on-site parking shall be provided for all <br />employees, contractors and sub-contractors. The <br />applicant or any successor in interest shall encourage <br />parking in the designated area. <br />f. The developer, acting as a good neighbor, shall be <br />responsible for reasonable cleanup to surrounding <br />properties made necessary due to construction activity. <br />Such cleaning shall include, but not be limited to <br />windows and pools. The Planning Director or his agent <br />shall be the mediator for all questions regarding clean <br />up responsibilities. <br />g. The developer or any successor shall encourage site <br />access from Foothill Road by all project related <br />traffic. <br />
