12. Add language that the Cities of Pleasanton and Livermore <br />continue to cooperatively seek methods to reduce <br />incompatibilities between airport operations and <br />adjacent land uses including airport operational changes <br />as well as land use mitigations; <br />13. Revise the E1 Charro Road configuration to add a <br />southbound tunnel for exclusive gravel truck use and <br />revise the E1 Charro Road costs by approximately $1 <br />million to include this southbound tunnel; <br />14. Revise Stoneridge Drive to include the curved alignment <br />of the Arroyo Mocho bridge; <br />15. Revise the Arroyo Mocho channel improvements to extend <br />channelization improvements according to Zone 7 <br />requirements; <br />16. Revise all references to total improvement costs to <br />include the above additional improvements. <br />17. Add language that the City Council and all developers <br />work with the affordable housing committees and look at <br />all possible ways to create affordable housing for first <br />time buyers. If there is a viable plan that a developer <br />can use provide and that the City Council and Commission <br />can agree is affordable housing, the opportunity could <br />be provided for a density bonus, not to exceed 12 units <br />to the acre. <br />18. Revise the Specific Plan to include an addendum citing <br />the mitigation measures listed on pages v through xi of <br />the Draft EIR with the exception of avigation easements <br />and the requirement of affordable housing. <br />19. Revise the Specific Plan to include a speed limit of <br />35mph through the residential area of Stoneridge Drive. <br />20. An emergency access only from Martin Avenue to <br />Stoneridge Drive. <br />21. Direct staff to conduct further study on the airport <br />issue, particularly with the additional 1500 feet of <br />proposed runway. <br />22.
