Resolution No. PC-89-68 <br />Page 2 - June 14, 1989 <br />approval prior to the maximum of five colors; all <br />signs shall utilize a single COlOr within the <br />letter composition; logos in the same composition <br />may utilize a different color than that used for <br />individual letters. <br />4• That all tenant signage shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director for review to determine <br />conformance with the adopted sign criteria prior to <br />the issuance of a building permit. <br />5• That Section III.A.d of the sign criteria relating <br />to tenant signage on the north elevation of <br />Building 2 shall be deleted. <br />6• That the developer shall secure all necessary City <br />permits for signage prior to installation. <br />~• That signage on the north elevation of building 1 <br />and on the west elevation of Building 2 shall not <br />be permitted. <br />8• That the colors, texture and design format of the <br />freeway-oriented site identification sign shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director for review and <br />approval prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 14TH DAY OF JUNE 1989 <br />BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Horan, <br />Michelotti, Chairman <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST <br />.? <br />Brian W.
