Resolution No. PC-89-67 <br />June 14, 1989 - Page 3 <br />1. That the use shall conform substantially to the <br />site plan, details of operation, and related <br />materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received May 18, <br />1989"), on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That if, at any time in the future, it is <br />determined by the Planning Director that loud <br />noises (both within and outside the suite), traffic <br />problems, litter, and other problems associated <br />with the proposed use are having adverse effects on <br />surrounding uses or the City in general, the <br />Planning Commission may review and, if necessary, <br />attach additional conditions or revoke the subject <br />conditional use permit. <br />3. That the kennel area shall be soundproofed in the <br />manner prescribed by the City Building Official. <br />The soundproofing shall be installed prior to the <br />commencement of business. <br />4. That any exhaust equipment installed on the roof of <br />the building shall be located so that it is not <br />visible from the street or from beyond the <br />boundaries of the Downtown Centre site. <br />5. That the secondary exit door at the rear of the <br />site shall be kept closed at all times except when <br />used for entering and exiting the building. <br />6. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain all <br />applicable City and other permits for the operation <br />of the veterinary clinic prior to the commencement <br />of business. <br />Section 2.
