Resolution No. PC-89-63 May 24, 1989 - Page 2 The proposed Round Table alcoholic beverage service will be completely contained on-site and will generate minimal impacts on surrounding properties. Sufficient parking, traffic capacity, and setbacks from residential neighborhoods have been provided and will accommodate the proposed use. The use is located in an area where nighttime use would create no nuisance to adjoining uses. The conditions of approval will ensure maintenance of the proposed establishment within all applicable City codes (loitering, litter, noise, etc.). Other restaurant/bar operations satisfactorily operate in similar locations in the City. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. The site's PUD zoning allows the establishment of restaurants. The subject restaurant complies with all relevant and applicable sections of the zoning ordinance. The granting of a conditional use permit to Round Table for alcoholic beverage service after 10:00 p.m. is consistent with the City's ability to regulate zoning as listed in the objectives of Chapter 18.124 (Conditional Uses). The subject application (with requisite data, maps, and fees) complies with the applicable sections of Chapter 18.124. WHEREAS, minor alterations in land use limitations are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this conditional use permit is consistent with the zoning district and General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application for a conditional use permit to serve alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption past the hour of 10:00 p.m. at a restaurant proposed to be located at 4855-C Hopyard Road subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after the date of its passage and adoption.
