PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-63 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL26SE PERMIT FOR JOHN <br />L7EPAVA AS FILED UNDER CASE UP 89 <br />WHEREAS, John W. Ljepava has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to serve alcoholic bevermgat aorestaurant <br />consumption past the hour of 10:00p and Road; and <br />proposed to be located at 4855-C-1 Hopy <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property <br />is PUD-I/C/0 (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial, <br />Commercial and Offices District; an <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 24, 1989, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />A.. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accordance with the objectives of the zoning <br />ordinance and the purpose of the district in which <br />the site is located. <br />The subject site is located in Hacienda Business <br />Park's CPD (Retail/Commercial and Financial <br />Planning) district, which has the uses of the <br />City's C-C (Central Commereiuse insthecC-C district <br />Restaurants are a permitte <br />and are in accordance with the purposes of the <br />zoning ordinance to provide appropriate locations <br />to offer commodities and services to residents of <br />the City and surrounding areas•ofAalcoholiconed, <br />the use permit for the service <br />beverages at Round Table continues in accordance <br />with the objectives of the zoning ordinance and the <br />purpose of the district. <br />B, That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which.it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />
