Resolution No. PC-89-60 <br />Page 3 - May 10, 1989 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-89-21, the application of Spieker <br />Partners for a conditional use permit to operate a food <br />market in Rose Pavilion, a retail shopping center <br />located at the northeast corner of Rosewood Drive and <br />Santa Rita Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The use shall be operated as a regionally-oriented, <br />no-frills supermarket, as described in the letter <br />from Mr. Clute to the Planning Department dated <br />4/28/89 and on file in the record of this case; <br />2. The use shall be subject to all relevant conditions <br />of approval for Case Z-89-142. <br />Section 2.
