<br />Resolution No. PC-89-55 <br />May 10, 1989 - Page 2 <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the zoning <br />ordinance. <br />As conditioned, the proposed use will comply with <br />all provisions and requirements of the zoning <br />ordinance. <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared in <br />conjunction with the rezoning and development plan <br />approval of this site. The land use was considered <br />within the scope of that environmental assessment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-89-27, the application of Keystone <br />Adult Learning Center for a conditional use permit to <br />establish a school for disabled adults within an <br />existing light industrial building in Valley Business <br />Park located at 1241 Quarry Lane subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the proposed use shall be operated <br />substantially as shown on the information sheets, <br />plans and elevations on file with the Planning <br />Department except as modified herein. <br />2. That on-site employee parking spaces shall not <br />exceed seven (7) spaces at any time. <br />3. That proposed use shall be operated at all times in <br />a manner that will not result in adverse noise <br />impacts or any other nuisance on adjacent uses. <br />4. That the applicants shall conform to the <br />requirements of the Fire department prior to the <br />commencement of the use. <br />5. That the applicants shall apply for and receive all <br />applicable City and State permits for the use prior <br />to the commencement of the use. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />15 days after its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 10TH DAY OF MAY 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />Commissioners Berger, Horan, Hovingh, Mahern, and <br />AYES: <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
