20. Stoneridge Drive soundwalls shall wrap around the project at
all intersecting streets a distance sufficient to achieve
City exterior noise limits; if felt necessary by the Planning
Director, an acoustical report shall be prepared by a
licensed acoustician to determine the extent of these wrap-
arounds. In any event, the wall shall extend behind all
units backing onto Kamp Drive.
21. Kamp Drive landscaping/cross-section shall be modified to
place a landscaping buffer between the sidewalk and the
soundwall; this revision shall be reflected on the tentative
map for Planning Commission review and approval.
22. The builder/developer shall give express notice to all buyers
of the existence of the Livermore airport, its location,
flight patterns, and potential air traffic increases as
disclosed in the Airport Master Plan. This notice shall be
reviewed and approved by the City Attorney prior to sale of
any unit in this project.
23. The revised plan shall allow solar heating and cooling (both
passive and active) to the maximum extent feasible.
cpud891/sm
