34. That all maintenance roads designed to serve the arroyo bank <br />areas shall be designed per Zone 7 standards. In addition, <br />the developer shall grant easements for access points from <br />the maintenance roads to the public streets within the <br />development, to the satisfaction of Zone 7. <br />35. That approval of Case PUD-89-5 <br />Standard Conditions of Development <br />a part of this case by reference, <br />23, and 25. <br />-17- <br />shall be subject to all <br />attached hereto and made <br />except conditions 7, 14, <br />Resolution No. PC-89-32 3/g/gg <br />
