16. That the final plan for the public park at the terminus of <br />Foothill Knolls Drive shall be altered so that the emergency <br />vehicle access road required in the specific plan does not <br />cut directly through the center of the park area. ,~r~l~ `. •~>~ r ` -- <br />17. That a detailed fencing plan shall be submitted for review <br />and approval in conjunction with the final PUD submittal for <br />each land unit. Said plan shall address the issue of privacy <br />along the interior of the greenbelt system on Unit A and in <br />the areas which back up to the arroyo in Unit B. <br />18. That the developer shall submit final, detailed plans for the <br />design and location of all soundwalls for the project in <br />conjunction with the final development .plan. <br />19. That all of the "Additional Recommended Mitigations" <br />contained in the Draft EIR for Stoneridge Meadows (October 8, <br />1987) pertaining to the preservation of cultural resources <br />on the site shall be followed during the development of the <br />site. In addition, restrictions shall be established in the <br />CC&R's for both land units of the project to prohibit <br />excavation which would impact areas below the natural grade <br />in those areas which have been identified in the Draft EIR <br />and Laguna Oaks specific plan as containing archaeological <br />resources. <br />20. That the final development plan submittal shall include a <br />plan and profile showing the existing and proposed <br />improvements for Foothill Road from Racoon Hollow Court to <br />Bernal Avenue, and for Bernal Avenue from I-680 to Foothill <br />Road. The Bernal Avenue study shall include a design for the <br />bridge at the Arroyo de la Laguna. <br />21. That the final Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue improvements <br />shall be designed in a manner that preserves as much of the <br />existing vegetation along the right-of-way as possible. <br />22. That, at the time of the first final map for any portion of <br />the site, the developer shall dedicate sufficient right-of- <br />way across the full project frontages along Foothill Road and <br />Bernal Avenue to accommodate the final desired roadway <br />improvements determined necessary in the final plan/profile <br />study which is to be approved in conjunction with the final <br />development plan. <br />23. That the developer shall submit a revised landscape plan for <br />the entire length of Foothill Road adjacent to the subject <br />property. Said plan be submitted for review and approval in <br />conjunction with the final development plan for the site. <br />The plan shall include primarily native species of trees, <br />shrubs, and ground cover, and shall be designed to emphasize <br />the rural atmosphere which is characteristic of the existing <br />vegetation found along Foothill Road. <br />-15- <br />Resolution No. PC-89-32 3/8/89 <br />
