Page 3 <br />2. That no hazardous materials shall be stored on site <br />except in a manner determined to be appropriate by <br />the City Fire Marshal. <br />3. That no vehicle salvage operations be allowed on <br />site. <br />4. That no manufacturing shall take place on site. <br />5. That no retail sales shall be conducted on site for <br />the general public. <br />6. That no repairs or service shall be conducted on <br />site for the general public. <br />7. That all vehicle and equipment repairs and service <br />shall be conducted only as temporary and ancillary <br />to existing storage operations. <br />8. That any individual tenant operating in violation <br />of the terms and conditions of this use permit or <br />Case Z-88-409 may be cited and as a zoning <br />violation and/or face revocation of zoning <br />approval. <br />9. That all tenants shall abide by all conditions of <br />approval imposed upon Case Z-88-409. <br />10. That security lighting be illuminated daily, <br />including weekends, from dusk until dawn to provide <br />adequate lighting to the entire site for police <br />surveillance. <br />11. That there shall be no residential use of the site <br />either for watchman or sleeping quarters. <br />12. That this use permit is granted for a period of <br />four years. The use permit may be reviewed <br />annually at the option of the City to determine if <br />additional conditions of operation are necessary. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />15 days after its passage and adoption. <br />
