Development shall be substantially as shown on the <br />development plans, Exhibit "A", dated "Received November 21, <br />1990" on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by these conditions. <br />2. All signs shall be based on the sign program on the <br />development plans dated "Received November 21, 1990" on file <br />with the Planning Department. <br />3. Should any wall signage be desired for Building No.2, <br />only one major tenant shall be allowed wall signage, <br />that signage shall match the wall signage detailed in <br />Condition No. 2 above, and said signage shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the Planning <br />Director. <br />4. Prior to occupancy, the landscape architect shall certify in <br />writing, in a manner acceptable to the Planning Department, <br />that the landscaping has been installed in accordance with <br />the approved landscape plans with respect to size, number <br />and species of plants, and overall design concept. <br />5. Landscaping for the reconfigured Chabot Drive landscape <br />median shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Director. In general, the shrub massing used in <br />the landscape median just to the north shall be replicated. <br />6. Exterior walls shall be free of air conditioning, heating or <br />other mechanical equipment. <br />7. Final inspection is required by the Planning Department <br />prior to occupancy. <br />8. All roof equipment must be located below the top of the <br />parapet wall to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. <br />Evidence to this effect shall be submitted to the Planning. <br />Director prior to building permit issuance. <br />9. The project shall comply with all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Department including those conditions <br />outlined in the plan review dated October 2, 1990" on file <br />with the Planning Department. Prior to building permit <br />issuance, the locations of the fire hydrants, water supply, <br />access, and blue dots shall be approved. Applicant shall <br />provide a knox key access system for the gated area within <br />the development. <br />10. Any double check values servicing the site shall be shown on <br />8 <br />
