The design of the subdivision and proposed
improvements will not cause substantial
environmental damage or substantially and avoidably
injure fish or wildlife or their habitat.
A negative declaration was adopted prior to this
subdivision application in conjunction with the
project PUD approval. It was determined that the
project would not create significant environmental
impacts.
4. The design of the subdivision is not likely to
cause serious public health problems.
All public services, including water, sewer and
storm drainage, and gas/electric are included
within the scope of the project.
5. The design of the subdivision or its related
improvements will not conflict with easements,
acquired by the public at large, for access through
or use of property within the proposed subdivision.
There were no public easements recorded across the
property that require abandonment as part of the
subdivision.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed
tentative map is in general conformance with the approved
PUD development plan and conditions of approval for this
site.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON
RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING:
Section 1.
