That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the Cite of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval <br />of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any <br />prior approvals which this development may have received <br />from the City of Pleasanton. <br />~. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br />5. That detailed grading and drainage plan and all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br />improvement plans for the development. <br />6. That the minimum grade fcr gutter flowlines in public <br />streets be set at 0.5% unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. Grades less than 0.5~ down to 0.3o shall <br />require special approval, submittal of as-built grade <br />sheet, and controlled flow testing. <br />^.
