NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETEI~MINED AND ORDERED: <br /> <br /> 1. That the application of the Citv of Pleasanton referenced as Happy Vh!ley Annexation No. 144. <br /> proposing the annexation of 811+ acres is hereby approved subject to the following terms and <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> - Correction of the Final Maps and Description as may be required by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> <br /> - Exclusion of parcels no. 949-0011-004-12 (Miranda) and 949-0011-005-00 (Schaffer). <br /> <br />_ 2. That the City of Pleasanton is hereby designated as the Conducting Authority pursuant to <br /> Government Code section 57000 et seq. and the City is hereby authorized to proceed with the <br /> publication of all legal notices and conduct of public hearings as required by statute: <br /> <br /> 3. That a Resolution entitled "Findings and Explanation of the Alameda County Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission Pursuant to CEQA Regarding the Proposed City of Pleasanton Happy <br /> Valley Annexation" pursuant to CEQA and CEQA Guidelines has been adopted and is incorporated <br /> herein by reference: <br /> <br /> 4. That the LAFCo Executive Officer was authorized and directed to file a Notice of Determination <br /> pursuant to the California Code of Regulations section 15096 with respect to the environmental <br /> findings adopted hereby and change of organization proposed hereby. <br /> <br /> This Resolution was approved and adopted by the Alameda County Local Agency Formation Commission <br /> at a regular meeting held on March I1. 1999 at 705 1 Dublin Boulevard. Dublin, Califomia on the motion <br /> made by Commissioner Tarver, seconded by Commissioner Butler. and duly camed. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 5 (Tarver. Brown. Butler.
