That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the zoning <br />ordinance. <br />The proposed use will comply with all applicable <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 18 of <br />the Municipal Code, regarding parking and noise <br />levels; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this proposal, as <br />conditioned, to be appropriate for this site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-90-34, the application of Sally Lovs <br />for a conditional use permit to allow a dance studio <br />located at 1024 Serpentine Lane, Suite L, subject to the <br />conditions shown on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
