l0. The existing driveway on Santa Rita Road, which is part of the <br />proposed major modification covered by PUD-80-15-5D-2M, shall <br />be limited to right turn in and out vehicle movements. The <br />property owner of PUD-80-15-5D-2M is required under that <br />application to provide on-site signage and other appropriate <br />means as required by the City Engineer to accomplish this <br />objective, and to apply to CalTrans for an encroachment permit <br />for all work to be done in the Santa Rita Road right-of-way. <br />If the PUD-80-15-5D-2M application fails, or the property <br />owner of PUD-80-15-2M-5D fails to make the above-mentioned <br />changes to the Santa Rita Road driveway by the time of <br />occupancy of Bakers Square, then the owner of the Bakers <br />Square project site shall be responsible for effecting the <br />Santa Rita Road driveway changes as required by the City <br />Engineer, and to secure the encroachment permit from CalTrans. <br />
