<br />Attached for the Council's review is a copy of the Consultant's Proposal and Contract for <br />Services. The Agreement is thorough in its scope, and should help define potential park <br />amenities that would be complementary to the site. The consultant's fee proposal for all required <br />work is not-to-exceed $40,810, including an additional $2,500 for reimbursable expenses, a total <br />of$43,310. Staff believes that the fees and provisions of this Agreement are fair and equitable. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />This contract for services is for a not-to-exceed amount of $40,81 O. In addition, it is anticipated <br />that approximately $2,500 will be required for reimbursable expenses for graphic materials, <br />reproducibles, etc. The Sharks have agreed to reimburse the City for up to $50,000 of the cost <br />related to this process, so no financial impact to the City is anticipated at this time. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />m W.
