<br />6. No outdoor storage of wine-producing equipment shall be allowed in the area of the wine <br />production and barrel storage structures as further described in Exhibit A. No <br />wine-producing or event center equipment shall be stored outdoors of the event center <br />and wine tasting building. All mechanical equipment and machinery used for wine pro- <br />duction shall meet the following noise restrictions as required by the Noise Ordinance: <br /> <br />. The noise level produced on the business premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. <br />and 6:00 a.m. shall not exceed 60 dBA at the property plane between the residential <br />zoning district and the commercial zoning district. <br /> <br />. The noise level produced on the business premises between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and <br />10:00 p.m. shall not exceed 70 dBA at any point outside of the property plane. <br /> <br />The applicant shall provide written verification from an acoustic engineer certifying <br />that this requirement is satisfied prior to operation. Additional sound attenuation <br />mitigation may be required at the discretion of the Planning Director. <br /> <br />7. All exterior doors and windows shall be closed, but not locked, at all time during the <br />events. <br /> <br />8. If operation of this use permit results conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or <br />other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may <br />be referred to the planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If <br />necessary, the Planning Commission may modify or added conditions of approval to <br />mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />SR:06: 287 <br />Page 27 <br />
