Packets available through the City website: <br />www.ci.pleasanton.ca.us. <br /> <br />Application Deadline <br />Wednesday, March 7, 2007 <br />Completed applications must be received by 5 :00 p.m. <br />No postmarks/fax/emails. <br /> <br />Mandatory Presentation <br />April 2, 2007 (7:00 p.m.) Civic Arts Commission (City Council Chambers) <br />April 4, 2007 (6:30 p.m.) Human Services Commission (City Council Chambers) <br />April 18, 2007 (7:00 p.m.) Youth Commission (Senior Center) <br /> <br />Mandatory Applicant Presentation during Public <br />Hearing before the appropriate Commission. <br />Each applicant will be limited to a 5-minute presentation. <br />See "Evaluation" page for content requirements. <br /> <br />Council Approval <br />June <br /> <br />After Council approval (considered as part of annual City <br />Budget Process), funded agencies will receive a notification <br />letter after July 1, 2007. <br /> <br />Mandatory Recipient Meeting <br />Wednesday, July 11, 2007 <br />Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />9:00-10:30 a.m. <br /> <br />All funded agencies required to attend Grant Agreement <br />Distribution meeting to receive Agreement(s) and <br />Compliance/invoice documentation instructions. <br /> <br />Funds Available <br /> <br />Funds are available beginning July 1, 2007. <br />
