Resolution No. 06-063 Page 3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton the following: Section 1. Upholds the decision of the Zoning Administrator, thereby approving Case PV-1531PADR-1536, the application of Peter Shutts, on behalf of Finlay Boag, for a variance from the Pleasanton Municipal Code and for administrative design review approval to construct additions to the existing dwelling at 4558 Second Street consisting of: (1) one-story additions totaling approximately 291 square feet on the front, north side, and rear of the house; (2) two-story additions totaling approximately 294 square feet on the southern side and rear of the house; (3) a porte-cochere and second-floor balcony on the southern side of the house; and (4) a covered front porch, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. Section 3. Staff is directed to send a copy of this Resolution to the appellant along with a letter informing the appellant that he has ninety days from the date that the City Council adopted this Resolution to file a legal action.
