annual salary exclusive of any overtime. Upon termination, <br />police lieutenants shall receive pro-rated holiday pay. <br /> <br />Section 5. Health and Welfare <br /> <br />5.1 Medical Insurance - Active EmDloyees. <br /> <br />Management and confidential employees and their eligible <br />dependents shall be offered enrollment in any one of the <br />following three health plans: Blue Cross, Kaiser S-l, or <br />Foundation Health Plan. The monthly premiums of the Kaiser <br />and Foundation health plans shall be paid by the City. The <br />maximum monthly City contribution toward the premium of the <br />Blue Cross health plan shall not exceed six hundred dollars <br /> ($6o0.o0). <br /> <br />5.2 Medical Insurance - Retirees. <br /> <br />For management and confidential employees who retire for <br />service after October 1, 1988, the City shall pay for each <br />year of service four percent (4%) of the monthly premium for <br />employee and one dependent of the city's current Kaiser <br />Health Plan coverage, except that when a management employee <br />retires from the city with at least ten years of city of <br />Pleasanton service, the city's minimum contribution made on <br />his/her behalf shall be at least 75% of the applicable Kaiser <br />two party monthly premium.
