Accept for normal maintenance public improvements for water and <br />sewer lines installed by Deleo Builders (Mardel LLC) from Vineyard <br />Avenue to Foxborough Place. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />3. Authorize [mal payment to Deleo Builders in the amount of <br />$43,019.77. <br /> <br />4. Authorize transfer of funding from Annual Water Replacement (CIP <br />001000) in the amount of $28,032.26 and from Annual Sanitary Sewer <br />Replacement (CIP 052002) in the amount of $14,987.51. <br /> <br />On October 19, 1999, City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1789, <br />approving PUD plans for Tract 7160, Vineyard Hill, and PM 7481, <br />Vineyard View, which provided for a 26 single-family residential <br />subdivision development within the Vineyard A venue Corridor Specific <br />Plan area. The PUD conditions required the developer to install water and <br />sewer lines for the City from Foxborough Place to Vineyard Avenue. <br />On March 20, 2001, the City Council approved a reimbursement <br />agreement with Deleo Builders for the design and installation of a sanitary <br />sewer and water main from Vineyard Avenue to Foxborough Place.
