<br />Resolution No. 06-062 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />11. Final inspection by the Planning Department of the structure(s) is required prior to <br />occupancy of the addition. <br /> <br />12. All internal site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Any external site improvements and <br />construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday <br />through Friday. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be <br />equipped with muffling devices. No construction activities shall be allowed on Federal <br />holidays. The Planning Director has the ability to modify the hours of construction. If a <br />modification is made for earlier or later hours, the applicant shall provide a 24-hour notice <br />to all surrounding neighbors before the work is to begin. <br /> <br />13. All appropriate City permits shall be obtained prior to the construction of the addition. <br /> <br />14. All plans sets submitted to the Building Department shall have all street names spelled <br />correctly, shall provide exterior dimension, and show all finished elevation heights for all <br />levels. <br /> <br />15. This approval will lapse one year from the effective date of approval, unless a building <br />permit has been issued and construction has commenced and is diligently pursued toward <br />completion, or unless an extension has been approved by the City. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
