I~vel 1: Service Only - $25/hOUr. Access to kitchen sinks, surfaces, refrigerator and' freezer, and serving counter. No access to stoves/ovens, dishwasher, tableware, and cookware. Level 2: Service with tableware only - $50/hour. Access to kitchen sink% surfaces, refrigerator and freezer, tableware and dishwasher. No access to swves/ovens and cookware. Level 3: Service with cooking access only - $65/hour. Access to kitchen sinks, surfaces, refrigerator and freezer, plus access to stoves/ovens, dishwasher and cookware. Level 4: Complete Service with cookware and tableware - $75/hour. Complete access to all tableware, cookware, sWves/ovens and dishwasher. All decorative materials must be either made of non-combustible substances, or treated with State- approved flame-retardant solutions or processes. A certificate of flame retardance will be required. No decorative material 'or decoration may conceal or otherwise obstruct any exit light, fire alarm, hose cabinet, fire extinguisher or other fire protection device or system. o A plan showing the table/seating locations, exit ways and aisles must be submitted and approved by the City if such plan is different from the location of City set-ups. 5. Overcrowding is forbidden. A permit is required for use of candles or other open flames. Contact the Fire Depa~hnent for permit applications. 7. Smoking is prohibited in this facility: A responsible representative of the using organization must constantly supervisor the premises at all times it is occupied.
