CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-159 WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, Projec~ 1993 Ruby Hills1 25 150 Oak Tree Farm 20 20 Hirst/Tong 20 18 West View 28 20 Marsh/Smith 29 Kaufman and Broad 60 48 Shahbazian 7 Chu/Gahramat 12 Moller2 47 RESOLUTION SELECTING GROWT~ MANAGEMENT PROJECTS FOR 1993 on August 4, 1992, the city Council considered the report of its Growth Management Committee; and based upon the information presented in the report and in City Council's review of the proposed schedule of allocations, the city Council finds the projects and schedule of development are in furtherance of the public interest and in furtherance of the City's General Plan policies; and the Growth Management Committee contacted a number of developers who heretofore had received Growth Management approvals for 1993 and requested if they would consider shifting some of their approvals to future years; and WHEREAS, such developers were agreeable to this request. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City hereby grants and reallocates growth management approval to the following projects for development in accordance with the following schedule: 1994 1995 1996 1997 19'98 1999 Section 2: 150 150 150 150 75 14 100 100 83 50 In addition to development fees in effect at the time each building permit is issued, each developer shall pay a growth management fee of $750 per dwelling unit at the time a building permit is issued for each unit. l/ · Prior allocation (350) for 1993/94 reallocated, plus 500 additional allocations. 2/ Prior allocation (97) for 1992/93 reallocated to 1993/94.
