Resolution No. 92-152 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the appeal of Michael D. Schibler (Case <br /> Ap-92-10) thereby granting a variance from the Municipal <br /> Code setback requirements for a fence in a street side <br /> yard at a residence located at 4298 Fairlands Drive, <br /> subject to the conditions set forth below: <br /> <br />The fence shall be reduced to five feet in height, <br />measured from the top of'the retaining wall to the <br />highest portion of the fence, along the entire <br />length of the street side yard. <br /> <br />The applicant shall install landscaping in the area <br />between the retaining wall and the sidewalk in <br />order to provide landscaping which will obscure the <br />view of the retaining wall completely. The <br />applicant shall also plant landscaping between the <br />fence and retaining wall in order to screen the <br />view of the fence.
