Resolution No. 92-146 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the creation of the County-wide <br /> Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Board to represent the city of <br /> Pleasanton in lieu of the City appointing its own bicycle <br /> committee. <br /> <br />Section 2: Appoints John Delaney of Pleasanton to serve on <br /> the Alameda County County-wide Pedestrian/Bicycle Committee <br /> (BPAC) . <br /> Section_ 3: The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to <br /> Alameda County Congestion Management Agency and the <br /> Metropolitan Transportation Commission, and to all other <br /> offices and agencies as may be interested. <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br /> HELD ON JULY 21, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />None <br />Councilmember Scribner <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO.
