Data Requirements S'emi-annual land use updates must be transmitted to the CMA using the attached Land Use Database Update Form. If~significant updat~re included, the CMA may request that this data be provided in an ASCII file format. Land use updates should include all forecast land use projections anticipated to occur in addition to GPAs that have been approved in the last year. Adopted GPAs submitted to the CMA in connection with the Tier I, GPA Land Use Analysis Pr°gram, need not be resubmitted. If a jurisdiction does not have any forecast land use projections to submit to the CMA, they must indicate that on the Land Use Database Update Form. If a local jurisdiction fails to submit a Land Use Database Update. Form by the March or August deadline, they may be found in non-conformance with the CMP. Low and Very Low Income Housing Trips As stated in the CMP legislation (Section 65089.3 (c) (5)), "traffic generated by the provision of low and very low income housing" shall be excluded from the determination of conformance with LOS standards. Therefore, vehicle' trips generated by low or very low income housing may be discounted in determining the LOS on the CMP roadway system. The method used and the discretion to subtract these trips will be left to the jurisdictions. However, if a jurisdiction subtracts any trips generat .ed from low or very low income housing in the calculation of LOS, it must provide written communication to the CMA describing the type of housing and the methodology used to identify and subtract these trips. Non Conformance Local jurisdictions that fail to meet any of the conformance, schedule or data requirements presented in this document may be found in non conformance with CMP requirements. Pursuant to a finding of non conformance by the CMA, and if a local jurisdiction does not take the .necessary steps to conform within 90 days, the State Controller may withhold of Proposition 1 ! 1 gas tax subventions to that jurisdiction.
