NORTH SYCAHORB HPECIF~C PLAN ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> HITIG&T~ON HONITORIN~ PRO,RAH <br /> <br />The following North Sycamore Specific Plan environmental impact <br />mitigation measures are required to reduce the potential adverse <br />impacts of the project to a less than significant level· <br /> <br />Land use <br /> <br />Minimize the number of vehicular crossings of the Sycamore <br />Creek Channel (page 57). <br /> <br />What: <br /> <br />When: <br />Who Verifies: <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />Delete the PUD-A standard of the Specific Plan <br />which requires that parcels of under 2 acres must <br />obtain access for the smaller parcel from the new <br />collector· <br />Prior to adoption of Final Specific Plan. <br />Planning Department. <br /> <br />Provide Sunol Boulevard noise impact mitigation for Parcels 1- <br />10, 26 and 27 (page 57). <br /> <br />When: <br />Who Verifies: <br /> <br />Developers of Parcels 1-10, 26 and 27. <br />Demonstrate that new building design will meet <br />exterior and interior noise standards as specified <br />in the General Plan, given projected future noise <br />levels. <br />Prior to building permit approval. <br />Building Inspection .Department. <br /> <br />Require informational statements from home buyers and building <br />tenants adjacent to PUD-A parcels (page 57). <br /> <br />What: <br /> <br />Those selling, renting and leasing property in PUD- <br />LDR and PUD-MDR designated areas. <br />Require a signed statement indicating <br />acknowledgment that the future owner/tenant will be <br />residing or renting space adjacent to parcels <br />designated PUD-A. The statement shall include an <br />excerpt from the text of Chapter 7, Animals and <br />Chapter 18.28, Agricultural District of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code informing them of <br />possible conflicts and stating that standard <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
