<br />. Increase in appellants fence height, and <br />. As to the discussion related to modifying the second-story addition, the <br />Knights are unconvinced that a previous discussion reducing the overall width <br />from east to west to Y2 the existing first-floor footprint will effectively mitigate <br />the neighbors' concerns. The result of this particular redesign will, however, <br />impact the first-floor plan. <br /> <br />The Knights' will be meeting with their architect to again insure that they have explored <br />all of their options in regards to floor configuration that could possibly reduce the square- <br />footage of the second-story, and will bring this information to the Planning Commission <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Staff has researched the square-footages ofthe residences located in this neighborhood <br />and have included that information as an attachment to this memorandum. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Since the Knights' and the opposing neighbors' have met with staff in a neighborhood <br />meeting and through site visits, have had two Zoning Administrator hearings, individual <br />meetings with staff and the Zoning Administrator, as well as individual site visits from <br />the Zoning Administrator, staff recommends that the Planning Commission render a <br />decision at the June 28 meeting. <br />
